Thank you for considering Fun House after school and holiday club to provide you with your childcare.
At Fun House our aim is to provide the children with a warm, caring and safe environment in which they can gain a new experience through playing with other children and adults alike. We like to think that at Fun House we can gain as much from the children as they can from us.
The club is an Ofsted registered provision and fully insured. We are also a member of 4 children a national quality assurance scheme for after school clubs. This helps us to keep up to date with any new legislation and to join with other after school and holiday clubs to gain new ideas and activities for the children.
Our staff team are all qualified in childcare and any new members of staff undergo training while at the club. Further training is made available to all staff to ensure that they are kept up to date with all new legislations. It is compulsory that all our staff are either first aid trained or willing to complete a first aid course when joining the club. We undertake Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) checks on all staff and volunteers for the safety of both the staff and the children.
We will provide the children with a variety of activities to cater for their every need. The activities will include use of the fun house equipment, pool tables, table tennis, games consoles, puzzles, craft, wet play, game’s, puzzles, toys and many more.
The children will be provided with unlimited squash or water during both the after school and holiday club. A hot or cold lunch will be provided during the holidays along with two snacks during the course of the day. For the after school club the children will be provided with either a hot or a cold snack mid-way through the session.
